The symposium will include oral and poster sessions and will be a friendly and intellectually stimulating environment to facilitate face-to-face interactions and networking. On some days there will be invited keynote sessions or panel discussions in the morning.
Oral presentations
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format. Video or animation content can be presented and have other file formats. All presentations will be uploaded to the presenting computers on site. You will NOT be able to present from your own computer. All presentations will be projected from MS Windwos PCs.
Presentation length:
Regular presentations: 12+2 minutes
Key note presentations (sessions 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A): 15+3 minutes
Poster presentations
Please bring your presentation printed in A0 portrait format (width: 84.1 cm, height 118.9 cm). We do NOT offer any on-site priting options.
Posters will be on display on the day of your poster session. Please set up your posters during the morning coffee break or lunch break and remove them after the poster session again.
